Wlodzimierz Ludwiczak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakub Pietras, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Same Nooby's goal looked a bit too open when Jakub Pietras came free, but Wlodzimierz Ludwiczak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Remigiusz Czajka in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dawid Kajfasz saved Lions from getting behind. In the 19th minute Roch Dyczkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dawid Kajfasz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Remigiusz Czajka kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Remigiusz Czajka managed to get in a good position for a shot. Same Nooby's supporters rose to their feet, but Remigiusz Czajka was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dawid Kajfasz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wincenty Duda in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dawid Kajfasz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Remigiusz Czajka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Szczepan Sowa charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Szczepan Sowa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Lions's Szczepan Sowa got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute, Grzegorz Dulemba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
