If Emil Kolbert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Tarnovo Płock booed when Skarzysko was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iwan Degutis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute, Zdzislaw Paprotny got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Skarzysko's Edgar Luty got a free kick in the 9th minute. When Edgar Luty fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skarzysko's protests and gave Edgar Luty a yellow card for diving instead. After 14 played minutes Skarzysko got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Luty. Emil Kolbert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Zachary Pazura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zbigniew Dynda during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 17 played minutes Tarnovo Płock got a freekick which was hit by Zbigniew Dynda. Leszek Rzeszutek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st minute Leszek Rzeszutek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wincent Dziedelonis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aleksander Cielencki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Tarnovo Płock's Zbigniew Dynda got a free kick in the 30th minute. A collision led to Tarnovo Płock getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Zbigniew Dynda hit a great ball. Wincent Dziedelonis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leszek Rzeszutek in the 34th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Tarnovo Płock's zone, Leszek Rzeszutek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wincent Dziedelonis came out of the goal and Leszek Rzeszutek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Aleksander Cielencki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leszek Rzeszutek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wincent Dziedelonis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd minute Aleksander Cielencki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wincent Dziedelonis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leszek Rzeszutek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wincent Dziedelonis having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aleksander Cielencki made a kick off. If Aleksander Cielencki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 64 minutes into the match, Tarnovo Płock's goalkeeper Wincent Dziedelonis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leszek Rzeszutek. Skarzysko's Edgar Luty got his second yellow card of the match in the 69th minute. The referee ordered Edgar Luty off the ground. In the 70th minute, Edgar Luty hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by Skarzysko's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zdzislaw Paprotny was slow to take the kick. During this time Tarnovo Płock's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Zdzislaw Paprotny got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Zachary Pazura quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Skarzysko's Leszek Rzeszutek got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Krzysztof Charlos hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Tarnovo Płock's Wincent Dziedelonis got control of the ball when Leszek Rzeszutek tried to sneak it across the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Skarzysko's Leszek Rzeszutek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wincent Dziedelonis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cyprian Sliwinski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zachary Pazura read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Krzysztof Charlos's late challenge caught a Skarzysko's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Krzysztof Charlos helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Tarnovo Płock's Krzysztof Charlos got a free kick in the 84th minute. Szymon Wojno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wincent Dziedelonis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Zdzislaw Paprotny hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emil Kolbert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Zachary Pazura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leszek Rzeszutek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wincent Dziedelonis having to interfere. A hard shot 97 in the game by Leszek Rzeszutek from a close distance when the talented Wincent Dziedelonis managed to make a qualified save. Tarnovo Płock's players were relieved.
