Wawrzyniec Mentus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Gondek in the 7th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Legia Warszawa's Robert Budzynski got a free kick in the 8th minute. Roland Puzio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Czeslaw Witek, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. If Emil Gondek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Czeslaw Witek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Puzio having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stasio Skaradowski during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 19th minute, Stasio Skaradowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 7even Sins's Stasio Skaradowski got his second yellow card of the match in the 23rd minute. The referee ordered Stasio Skaradowski off the ground. After 24 played minutes 7even Sins got a freekick which was hit by Stasio Skaradowski. 7even Sins's Wawrzyniec Mentus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save 7even Sins from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Legia Warszawa booed when 7even Sins was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Czeslaw Witek didn't get a good kick on the ball. 7even Sins's Wawrzyniec Mentus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Gondek in the 27th minute of play. After 28 minutes of play, 7even Sins's Czeslaw Borowski made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roland Puzio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Roland Puzio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Czeslaw Borowski in the 33rd minute of play. After 33 played minutes Legia Warszawa got a freekick which was hit by Ludomil Marut. Czeslaw Borowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Roland Puzio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emil Gondek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Czeslaw Borowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th minute, Czeslaw Borowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emil Gondek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Wawrzyniec Mentus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Franciszek Fleszar in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wawrzyniec Mentus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the 7even Sins defense, Robert Budzynski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wawrzyniec Mentus. The 7even Sins fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wawrzyniec Mentus should have stopped the shot. In the 94th minute Franciszek Fleszar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wawrzyniec Mentus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The 7even Sins players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
