After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Marian Opat managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kechlersdorf's supporters rose to their feet, but Marian Opat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruch Chorzów's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jan Wodaszak in the 42nd minute. After a rather tough play, Kechlersdorf's Zachary Pracki got a free kick in the 69th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Kechlersdorf's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Wodaszak came free, but Witold Gondek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Ulryk Debkowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ruch Chorzów's Ulryk Debkowski got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marian Opat's late challenge caught a Ruch Chorzów's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Witold Gondek was out of position in the 82 minute of play, and Iwan Maurycy capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Iwan Maurycy really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Lucjan Merski charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Witold Gondek made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Ulryk Debkowski sent off a good shot on target. Ulryk Debkowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
