The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Iwo Sanocki the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Werejce protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Iwo Sanocki had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Werejce fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 18th minute. Penalty! Roscice's Szymon Ziombkowski got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Sylwester Lagiewniki came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Werejce fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sylwester Lagiewniki couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Roscice booed when Werejce was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sylwester Lagiewniki didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the game, Roland Motyl cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Sebastian Munko was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Grzegorz Tobaczewski came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Werejce fans jumped to their feet. Grzegorz Tobaczewski struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Ryszard Terasek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Werejce. The audience thought a goal was coming when Grzegorz Tobaczewski got free with Ryszard Terasek in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sylwester Lagiewniki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Werejce's Grzegorz Tobaczewski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ryszard Terasek narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ryszard Terasek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sylwester Lagiewniki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Werejce's supporters rose to their feet, but Sylwester Lagiewniki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sylwester Lagiewniki blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ryszard Terasek having to make a save. Ryszard Terasek came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Werejce's Zachary Marajda. But to his dismay, Zachary Marajda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. Grzegorz Tobaczewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zachary Marajda scored 3-4 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ryszard Terasek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sylwester Lagiewniki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roscice were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Werejce's much stronger midfield.
