Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) Jonik SSA's Zbigniew Dzierwa started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Szymon Ziombkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zygmunt Giertych having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aleksander Falkiewicz in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ryszard Terasek saved Roscice from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zachariasz Cieslak during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Zachariasz Cieslak hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Zbigniew Dzierwa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Ryszard Terasek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonik SSA's Zbigniew Dzierwa got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ryszard Terasek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbigniew Dzierwa in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Roscice's goalkeeper Ryszard Terasek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Roscice booed when Jonik SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boruc Galaska didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zygmunt Giertych acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 37th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Olaf Zdrojewski. Olaf Zdrojewski hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute, Ryszard Hendzel sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Roscice's Ryszard Terasek didn't even have to move. Ryszard Terasek came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Jonik SSA's Aleksander Falkiewicz. But to his dismay, Aleksander Falkiewicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 47th minute Aleksander Falkiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ryszard Terasek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Jonik SSA were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 51st minute, Roland Motyl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ryszard Terasek came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Jonik SSA's Aleksander Falkiewicz. But to his dismay, Aleksander Falkiewicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 61st play minute Aleksander Falkiewicz came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ryszard Terasek. 0-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zbigniew Dzierwa in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ryszard Terasek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 75th minute, Teofil Dudzik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Szymon Ziombkowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zygmunt Giertych. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Szymon Ziombkowski ran back to his position shaking his head. Zbigniew Dzierwa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ryszard Terasek having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbigniew Dzierwa in the 84th minute of play forced Roscice's goalkeeper Ryszard Terasek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zbigniew Dzierwa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ryszard Terasek having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Zbigniew Dzierwa fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ryszard Terasek, passed just outside the right post. Aleksander Falkiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ryszard Terasek having to interfere. Jonik SSA played a much better game than Roscice and deserved their victory. The Roscice players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
