Spectators: 6676 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1666, VIP seats: 10) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ludomir Wolnik took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Bieniowce's zone, Kazimierz Waldoch stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kryspin Domamir came out of the goal and Kazimierz Waldoch tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 10 minutes into the match, Orlik Opole's Kazimierz Waldoch sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kryspin Domamir narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 12th minute, Zdzislaw Czysty hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Tytus Hajder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kryspin Domamir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kazimierz Waldoch, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Kazimierz Waldoch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Kryspin Domamir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernard Zywiec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludomir Wolnik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, Orlik Opole's goalkeeper Bernard Zywiec had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juliusz Wawro. After a rather tough play, Orlik Opole's Dominik Danisiewicz got a free kick in the 40th minute. When Tytus Hajder came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Orlik Opole fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tytus Hajder couldn't finish the play.

In the 54th match minute, Orlik Opole was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludomir Kochowski to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 55 minutes, Ludomir Wolnik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bieniowce's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ludomir Wolnik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bernard Zywiec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juliusz Wawro in the 57th minute of play. Tytus Hajder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kryspin Domamir having to interfere. Ludomir Wolnik took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernard Zywiec. Bernard Zywiec dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When Ludomir Wolnik came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Bieniowce fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ludomir Wolnik couldn't finish the play. If Juliusz Wawro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th match minute, Orlik Opole was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stasio Mierzwa to maneuver through the defense. Juliusz Wawro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernard Zywiec read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play.
