The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mateusz Zdanowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernard Zywiec having to interfere. Mateusz Zdanowicz succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 7th playminute. In the 11th minute, Orlik Opole's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mateusz Zdanowicz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Leon Zecman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mateusz Zdanowicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 17th minute, Dominik Danisiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute, Czeslaw Kaznocha sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Orlik Opole's Bernard Zywiec didn't even have to move. Mateusz Zdanowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 26 minutes into the game, Mateusz Zdanowicz lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Bernard Zywiec. Mateusz Zdanowiczs short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Bernard Zywiec to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Tytus Hajder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adam Szarmach showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kazimierz Waldoch in the 42nd minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leon Zecman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Teofil Dziuma had to leave the field with a concussion. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mateusz Zdanowicz during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 52nd minute, Mateusz Zdanowicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Mateusz Zdanowicz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernard Zywiec was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Mateusz Zdanowicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Orlik Opole fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 60th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Kosten a penalty, 62 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Czeslaw Kaznocha, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Orlik Opole's Bernard Zywiec. 3-0. Leon Zecman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leon Zecman in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernard Zywiec prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leon Zecman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Bernard Zywiec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the game, Mateusz Zdanowicz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Bernard Zywiec was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Leon Zecman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Mateusz Zdanowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leon Zecman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Bernard Zywiec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 92 played minutes Orlik Opole got a freekick which was hit by Kazimierz Jaraczewski. 94 minutes into the match, Orlik Opole's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Zecman came free, but Bernard Zywiec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Kosten fully deserved thier win.
