Maksymilian Domin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Szczepan Gabis in the 16th minute of the match. If Tobiasz Bronder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When FC Decondee's Janusz Kocieniewski in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The referee ignored Górnik Zabrze MmM's protests and gave Feliks Tobaczewski a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 41st minute of the game. One of Górnik Zabrze MmM:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Decondee:s goal. After a rather tough play, FC Decondee's Zbyszko Nienajadlo got a free kick in the 49th minute. After the first half FC Decondee were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Janusz Kocieniewski to strike the kick off in the second half. If Miromir Hodyl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Decondee's Janusz Kocieniewski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Korneliusz Rosen. That made the score 0-2 after 57 minutes of play. Szczepan Gabis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Maksymilian Domin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 71 played minutes Górnik Zabrze MmM got a freekick which was hit by Witomir Liermann. 74 minutes into the game, Teofil Motowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Górnik Zabrze MmM's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Decondee the free kick. In the 75th minute, Gustaw Filipkowski sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Górnik Zabrze MmM's Korneliusz Rosen didn't even have to move. Szczepan Gabis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Maksymilian Domin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Tobiasz Bronder managed to get in a good position for a shot. Górnik Zabrze MmM's supporters rose to their feet, but Tobiasz Bronder was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maksymilian Domin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Janusz Kocieniewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tobiasz Bronder struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Maksymilian Domin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Górnik Zabrze MmM. When Górnik Zabrze MmM's Tobiasz Bronder in the 98th minute got a chance for a shot 98th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
