In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Boruszyn's goalkeeper Barnaba Jajecznica, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Starogrod's Mieszko Bejrut suffered a concussion in the 33rd minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Patryk Brak's late challenge caught a Starogrod's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patryk Brak helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Boruszyn's Patryk Brak got a free kick in the 89th minute. Witalis Dudek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Barnaba Jajecznica made a huge save. Witalis Dudek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Starogrod supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Starogrod would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
