Jerzy Setara came free with the goalkeeper in the 9th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gustaw Frenzel could save by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in slask wroclaw's zone, Korneliusz Kordalewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bogdan Dziedziak came out of the goal and Korneliusz Kordalewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 12 minutes into the match, slask wroclaw's goal looked a bit too open when Franciszek Duda came free, but Bogdan Dziedziak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wieslaw Resel kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Gustaw Frenzel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tanek Nigbor in the 19th minute. In the 21st minute Wieslaw Resel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaw Frenzel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dariusz Czysta hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Franciszek Duda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bogdan Dziedziak having to interfere. Korneliusz Kordalewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Franciszek Duda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Bogdan Dziedziak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bogdan Dziedziak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Korneliusz Kordalewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franciszek Duda in the 40th minute of play forced slask wroclaw's goalkeeper Bogdan Dziedziak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Korneliusz Kordalewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bogdan Dziedziak having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Kozinianka's goalkeeper Gustaw Frenzel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tanek Nigbor. If Tanek Nigbor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Korneliusz Kordalewski made a kick off. Korneliusz Kordalewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bogdan Dziedziak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franciszek Duda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Korneliusz Kordalewskis short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Bogdan Dziedziak to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Korneliusz Kordalewski put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Bogdan Dziedziak. Bogdan Dziedziak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Korneliusz Kordalewski in the 69th minute. If Franciszek Duda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jacek Rybak struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Bogdan Dziedziak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kozinianka. Kozinianka's Lukasz Treppa was substituted for Korneliusz Kordalewski. Kozinianka's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
