Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tadeusz Chmielecki took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 4 minutes, Slawomir Kostrzewski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gorlice and the R89 Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Gorlice's Slawomir Kostrzewski got a free kick in the 4th minute. Tadeusz Chmielecki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Miromir Fleszar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rafal Osowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miromir Fleszar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeusz Chmielecki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tadeusz Chmielecki blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Miromir Fleszar having to make a save. In the 16th match minute, R89 Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sylwester Jerzyk to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Gorlice getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Pawel Pryputnicki hit a great ball. Radomil Kolbe was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 27th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 36th minute, Pawel Pryputnicki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. During the 38th minute of the match Slawomir Kostrzewski completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Slawomir Kostrzewski a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Rafal Osowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tadeusz Chmielecki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. R89 Football Club's Miromir Fleszar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save R89 Football Club from getting a goal against them. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Piotr Barowicz to strike the kick off in the second half. Miromir Fleszar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafal Osowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rafal Kasprzykowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Miromir Fleszar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pawel Pryputnicki in the 67th minute of play. Rafal Osowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Tadeusz Chmielecki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafal Osowski struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Miromir Fleszar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gorlice. After having played for 83 minutes, Rafal Osowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gorlice's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafal Osowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 83rd minute, Pawel Pryputnicki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Miromir Fleszar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafal Osowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafal Osowski in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Miromir Fleszar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in R89 Football Club's zone, Tadeusz Chmielecki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miromir Fleszar came out of the goal and Tadeusz Chmielecki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rafal Osowski in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miromir Fleszar saved R89 Football Club from getting behind. Gorlice's Julian Pietrowiak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Gorlice from getting a goal against them. In the 96th minute, Tadeusz Chmielecki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafal Kasprzykowski got free with Julian Pietrowiak in the 98th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gorlice walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
