The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute Wiktor Gejda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszek Polakowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Milosz Osielski during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 11th minute there was a penalty for Orzeł Kiwity. Roch Rasialdo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Zbyszek Polakowski. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Krzysztof Frenzel in the 14th minute of play forced 1.FC Dęblin's goalkeeper Zbyszek Polakowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orzeł Kiwity's Bernard Dres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Orzeł Kiwity from getting a goal against them. When Krzysztof Frenzel came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Orzeł Kiwity fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Krzysztof Frenzel couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robert Glembin got free with Bernard Dres in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bernard Dres made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Emil Pisarczyk sent off a good shot on target. When Krzysztof Frenzel fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Orzeł Kiwity's protests and gave Krzysztof Frenzel a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Orzeł Kiwity's Krzysztof Frenzel got a free kick in the 26th minute. Zbyszek Polakowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dariusz Chojnacki in the 28th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Orzeł Kiwity's goalkeeper Bernard Dres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robert Glembin. Mariusz Zuraw fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernard Dres having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Orzeł Kiwity's goal looked a bit too open when Marek Lato came free, but Bernard Dres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Orzeł Kiwity's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Pisarczyk came free, but Bernard Dres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dariusz Chojnacki to make the kick off. 58 minutes into the match, 1.FC Dęblin's goalkeeper Zbyszek Polakowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Krzysztof Frenzel. In the 61st minute, Krzysztof Frenzel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zbyszek Polakowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Wiktor Gejda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bernard Dres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milosz Osielski in the 81st minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Krzysztof Frenzel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Orzeł Kiwity's zone, Emil Pisarczyk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernard Dres came out of the goal and Emil Pisarczyk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dawid Dzierwa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Bernard Dres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zbyszek Polakowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dariusz Chojnacki in the 94th minute of the match. Chants of Orzeł Kiwity echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as 1.FC Dęblin had held the ball for most of the match.
