The referee showed Daniel Rakiewicz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Zbyszek Polakowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Rakiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robert Glembin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwidon Mosiniak having to interfere. Gwidon Mosiniak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marek Lato in the 73rd minute of the match.
