FC Barcelona's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LEGIA WARSZAWA the free kick. In the 3rd minute, Julian Gabis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Szymon Kostka's late challenge caught a FC Barcelona's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Szymon Kostka helped the player get up and apologised. After 5 played minutes LEGIA WARSZAWA got a freekick which was hit by Szymon Kostka. Zbyszek Kajdasz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Zbyszko Galus might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kryspin Charlap. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zbyszko Galus ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, FC Barcelona's Wincenty Jarosz got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 12th minute, Olgierd Kaczynski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stefan Pluciennik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zachary Dziurowicz might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stasio Kissel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zachary Dziurowicz ran back to his position shaking his head. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Kryspin Charlap successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind LEGIA WARSZAWA's goalkeeper Stasio Kissel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When FC Barcelona's Zachary Dziurowicz, in the 28th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for FC Barcelona. The supporters of LEGIA WARSZAWA booed when FC Barcelona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julian Gabis didn't get a good kick on the ball. LEGIA WARSZAWA's Olgierd Kaczynski couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 34th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FC Barcelona. Zbyszek Kajdasz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Kryspin Charlap tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, LEGIA WARSZAWA's Zbyszek Kajdasz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kryspin Charlap narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zbyszek Kajdaszs short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Kryspin Charlap to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Wincenty Jarosz kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zbyszko Galus made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zachary Dziurowicz in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stasio Kissel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 58th minute Zbyszko Galus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kryspin Charlap saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Zbyszko Galus came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the LEGIA WARSZAWA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zbyszko Galus couldn't finish the play. Kryspin Charlap showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zbyszko Galus, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After 66 played minutes LEGIA WARSZAWA got a freekick which was hit by Eugeniusz Mazierski. Stasio Kissel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stefan Pluciennik in the 69th minute. When Szymon Kostka was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 70 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, LEGIA WARSZAWA's Szymon Kostka got a free kick in the 71st minute. Stefan Pluciennik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of FC Barcelona booed when LEGIA WARSZAWA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugeniusz Mazierski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute, Zachary Dziurowicz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stefan Adamowicz hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Ludomil Prus hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. If Stefan Pluciennik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stefan Pluciennik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Stasio Kissel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zbyszko Galus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 96 minutes, Zbyszek Kajdasz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LEGIA WARSZAWA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zbyszek Kajdasz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
