Kacper Chazen hit a great ball. Sorquitten's Ryszard Wyrzykowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Sorquitten from getting a goal against them. In the 38thth minute of the game Krzysztof Smolarek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lubin SA's Aureliusz Jazwiec was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lubin SA's Aureliusz Jazwiec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Orlicki in the 45th minute of play. Aureliusz Jazwiec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Krzysztof Smolarek, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. If Julian Orlicki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After a rather tough play, Lubin SA's Arkadiusz Niedzwiecki got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After 78 played minutes Lubin SA got a freekick which was hit by Bartlomiej Radziszewski. Lubin SA's Aureliusz Jazwiec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Orlicki in the 84th minute of play. If Alfred Barowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 95 minutes, Iwan Zgonina mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sorquitten and the Lubin SA players grew even worse after the yellow card. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
