In the 25thth minute of the game Bogumil Majkowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KS BAYERN's Ryszard Olejniczak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Ignacy Arendarski fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KS BAYERN's protests and gave Ignacy Arendarski a yellow card for diving instead. Zjednoczeni Stryków's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
