A collision led to Zieleniczanka getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Wincenty Damaski hit a great ball. Lucjan Jaworski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Korneliusz Dresik, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Roland Witek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmund Bronkala having to interfere. After 16 minutes of play, Zieleniczanka's Roland Witek made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karol Scislowicz was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 34th minute. Zieleniczanka's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 36th minute, Jakub Kapelski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 44 minutes into the match, Zieleniczanka's goal looked a bit too open when Gwidon Wojton came free, but Lucjan Jaworski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 47 minutes, Iwo Motowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the galacticos and the Zieleniczanka players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 46th minute of the game. One of galacticos:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Zieleniczanka:s goal. Edmund Bronkala went to the wrong direction when Wawrzyniec Pryla was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gwidon Wojton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
