The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gilbert Glapiak hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. 4 minutes into the match, AS.Legion's goal looked a bit too open when Wincent Buczko came free, but Czeslaw Joks reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zbigniew Charlos kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 9 minutes, Fryderyk Gejda successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to Rzosów getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Karol Piatek hit a great ball. A hard shot by Ksawery Banach from long distance, 13 minutes into the match, got Fryderyk Gejda's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 20 minutes into the match, AS.Legion's goal looked a bit too open when Wincent Buczko came free, but Czeslaw Joks reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bartosz Zjawin in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fryderyk Gejda saved Rzosów from getting behind. Fryderyk Gejda made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Feliks Cizeski sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Rzosów's Fryderyk Gejda got control of the ball when Feliks Cizeski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fryderyk Gejda was a little too slow when Bartosz Zjawin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 48th minute. The score was now 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Feliks Cizeski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Fryderyk Gejda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 58 minutes, Feliks Cizeski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AS.Legion's supporters crossed their fingers, but Feliks Cizeski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fryderyk Gejda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartosz Zjawin, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Igor Olejniczak kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 63rd match minute, Rzosów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Napoleon Sedzikowski to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Rzosów's zone, Feliks Cizeski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fryderyk Gejda came out of the goal and Feliks Cizeski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Feliks Cizeski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute Rzosów were awarded a corner. Karol Piatek went to the cornerflag to take it. Czeslaw Joks showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wincent Buczko, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. AS.Legion were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Rzosów for a fine match.
