FC Warta Śląsk's Adam Polek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacy Jajecznica in the 18th minute of play. Adam Polek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacy Jajecznica, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Ludomil Kapera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Polek having to interfere. Adam Polek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ludomil Kapera went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the FC Warta Śląsk defense, Ludomil Kapera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adam Polek. The FC Warta Śląsk fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adam Polek should have stopped the shot. After having played for 46 minutes, Ludomil Kapera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SKS SPPN Skalmierzyce's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ludomil Kapera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Zachariasz Opat made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Borys Kojder was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Warta Śląsk's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SKS SPPN Skalmierzyce the free kick. Adam Polek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ignacy Jajecznica sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
