Zachariasz Koprowski started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Legia Warszawa booed when Wiedengut SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Borys Dombroski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zygmunt Cytrynski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milosz Petka in the 10th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Wiedengut SA's zone, Zachariasz Koprowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zygmunt Cytrynski came out of the goal and Zachariasz Koprowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 20 minutes into the match, Wiedengut SA's goal looked a bit too open when Milosz Petka came free, but Zygmunt Cytrynski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zygmunt Cytrynski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zachariasz Koprowski in the 23rd minute of play. Wiedengut SA's Zygmunt Cytrynski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zachariasz Koprowski in the 25th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jan Matuch got free with Radoslaw Pietrowicz in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zachariasz Koprowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zachariasz Koprowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zygmunt Cytrynski having to interfere. The supporters of Legia Warszawa booed when Wiedengut SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bogumil Kochanowicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adam Kajdasz kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Zachariasz Koprowski struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Zygmunt Cytrynski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Legia Warszawa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zachariasz Koprowski in the 48th minute of play forced Wiedengut SA's goalkeeper Zygmunt Cytrynski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Janusz Klucznik to make the kick off. A collision led to Wiedengut SA getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Bogumil Kochanowicz hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zachariasz Koprowski in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zygmunt Cytrynski saved Wiedengut SA from getting behind. Zachariasz Koprowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zygmunt Cytrynski having to make a save. After 56 minutes of play, Legia Warszawa's Milosz Petka made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zygmunt Cytrynski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zygmunt Cytrynski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zachariasz Koprowski in the 59th minute of the match. Zachariasz Koprowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Zygmunt Cytrynski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Janusz Klucznik scored 1-1 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Radoslaw Pietrowicz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Legia Warszawa's Lech Gurgul got a free kick in the 66th minute. After 74 minutes, Milosz Petka made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Wiedengut SA's Zygmunt Cytrynski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Zygmunt Cytrynski made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Milosz Petka sent off a good shot on target. When Fabian Podwojski fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wiedengut SA's protests and gave Fabian Podwojski a yellow card for diving instead. Fabian Podwojski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Wiedengut SA's goalkeeper Zygmunt Cytrynski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Milosz Petka. Zygmunt Cytrynski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zachariasz Koprowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. The audience was convinced that Zachariasz Koprowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zygmunt Cytrynski was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. In the 92nd minute, Zachariasz Koprowski fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Janusz Klucznik in the 95th minute of play forced Legia Warszawa's goalkeeper Radoslaw Pietrowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Wiedengut SA supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Legia Warszawa's performance. The match ended with a win for Legia Warszawa.
