In the 19th minute Lucjan Sidorowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwo Drab saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Hieronim Golob managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zylety Gliwice KSG's supporters rose to their feet, but Hieronim Golob was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Witalis Wiatrak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ulryk Pruss during the 22nd minute. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Boruc Gargasz helped the player get up and apologised. Boruc Gargasz kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Zylety Gliwice KSG's Kryspin Kissel couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Konrady. Zylety Gliwice KSG's Iwo Drab played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucjan Sidorowicz in the 48th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lucjan Sidorowicz to make the kick off. With an all-out effort, Konrady's Iwo Drab threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lucjan Sidorowicz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a defensive mix-up in Zylety Gliwice KSG's zone, Tomasz Mnich stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. In the 61st of the match, Lucjan Sidorowicz tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Iwo Drab got in the way and made a wonderful save. Iwo Drab made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucjan Sidorowicz in the 68th minute of play. Tolek Puszynski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute, Tomasz Mnich got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zylety Gliwice KSG's Iwo Drab proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Zylety Gliwice KSG from getting a goal against them. 77 minutes into the match, Konrady's goal looked a bit too open when Hieronim Golob came free, but Witalis Wiatrak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, Eugeniusz Ruzicki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
