Tytus Wielgopolski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jurand Serwacki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute Jurand Serwacki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tytus Wielgopolski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Wiktor Bobrowski fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jeglia's protests and gave Wiktor Bobrowski a yellow card for diving instead. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Jurand Serwacki put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Tytus Wielgopolski. When Wincenty Mazierski came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Jeglia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wincenty Mazierski couldn't finish the play. Tytus Wielgopolski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jurand Serwacki in the 34th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Jeglia's zone, Gwidon Tomaszewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tytus Wielgopolski came out of the goal and Gwidon Tomaszewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gwidon Tomaszewski in the 41st minute of play forced Jeglia's goalkeeper Tytus Wielgopolski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 42 played minutes Jeglia got a freekick which was hit by Walery Smolarek. In the 43rd minute, Jurand Serwacki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Walery Smolarek hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Jeglia's Tytus Wielgopolski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gwidon Tomaszewski in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jurand Serwacki to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Marcule's Jurand Serwacki sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tytus Wielgopolski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Edward Pleban hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Tytus Wielgopolski had great luck who in the 53rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Jurand Serwacki from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maksymilian Kolano in the 55th minute of play forced Marcule's goalkeeper Igor Zahemski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. During the 58th minute of the match Wiktor Bobrowski completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Wiktor Bobrowski a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jurand Serwacki in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tytus Wielgopolski saved Jeglia from getting behind. Tytus Wielgopolski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gwidon Tomaszewski in the 62nd minute. After 65 minutes, Teofil Czeberowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Marcule and the Jeglia players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 65th minute, Teofil Czeberowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcule's Igor Zahemski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wincenty Mazierski in the 69th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Jeglia's Stefan Kasperowicz got a free kick in the 74th minute. Teofil Czeberowski took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tytus Wielgopolski. Jeglia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jurand Serwacki in the 80th managed to get into a good position. Igor Zahemski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walery Smolarek in the 91st minute of the match. If Wincenty Mazierski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 95 minutes of play Marcule's Teofil Czeberowski was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 95 played minutes Marcule got a freekick which was hit by Teofil Czeberowski. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Wincenty Mazierski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jeglia's supporters rose to their feet, but Wincenty Mazierski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Igor Zahemski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Walery Smolarek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Marcule supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Marcule would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
