Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Piotr Marek got the match started through his kick off. With a little luck, Blue Stars's Konstanty Harendarski got control of the ball when Zbigniew Harasimowicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sylwester Banaszak in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olgierd Zajonc prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Miroslaw Czubski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Olgierd Zajonc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Korneliusz Kaczanka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 19 minutes into the match, Blue Stars's Sylwester Banaszak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Olgierd Zajonc narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Blue Stars's zone, Piotr Marek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Konstanty Harendarski came out of the goal and Piotr Marek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 41st match minute, Blue Stars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miroslaw Jankowski to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute, Piotr Marek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 71st minute Piotr Marek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstanty Harendarski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Konstanty Harendarski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piotr Marek, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 79 minutes into the game, Hugon Skarpiak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zofiów's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Blue Stars the free kick. Hugon Skarpiak hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match.
