Spectators: 6784 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1684, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mieszko Gejda started the match with the kick off. Mieszko Gejda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wincent Walczyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmund Maruda in the 7th minute of the match. In the 8th minute, Iwo Puszynski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Poledno fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 9th minute. Penalty! 11 minutes into the match, Poledno's goal looked a bit too open when Iwo Puszynski came free, but Wincent Walczyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 12 minutes, Dominik Nowak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Poledno and the FC Chmielek players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Poledno's Dominik Nowak got a free kick in the 12th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iwo Puszynski during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Iwo Puszynski hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. When Iwo Puszynski was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 16 minutes had been played. In the 17th match minute, FC Chmielek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iwo Puszynski to maneuver through the defense. Poledno's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Edmund Maruda scored to the left of an out of position Wincent Walczyk, making the score, 1-0. FC Chmielek's Zbyszko Sochacki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominik Nowak in the 26th minute of play. 27 minutes into the game, Bogumil Banan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Chmielek's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Poledno the free kick. After a rather tough play, FC Chmielek's Bogumil Banan got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute of the match Mateusz Cichewski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zbyszko Sochacki skillfully saved the ball. Zbyszko Sochacki didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Napoleon Wawak went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Zbyszko Sochacki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dominik Nowak's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. In the 38th minute, Mieszko Gejda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edmund Maruda struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Wincent Walczyk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Chmielek. If Jacek Wielgopolski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dominik Nowak to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, FC Chmielek's Mieszko Gejda sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wincent Walczyk narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jacek Wielgopolski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Poledno's goalkeeper Wincent Walczyk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Poledno's zone, Jacek Wielgopolski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wincent Walczyk came out of the goal and Jacek Wielgopolski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mieszko Gejda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Mieszko Gejda managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Chmielek's supporters rose to their feet, but Mieszko Gejda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wincent Walczyk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 60th minute, Napoleon Wawak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zbyszko Sochacki was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Dominik Nowak capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dominik Nowak really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. After 73 minutes, Miromir Nakoneczny mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Poledno and the FC Chmielek players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FC Chmielek booed when Poledno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miromir Nakoneczny didn't get a good kick on the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Poledno's goal looked a bit too open when Mieszko Gejda came free, but Wincent Walczyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute, Napoleon Wawak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zbyszko Sochacki was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Zbyszko Sochacki was a little too slow when Napoleon Wawak got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 1-4. 84 minutes into the game, Dominik Nowak recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zbyszko Sochacki. Dominik Nowak showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. After a defensive mix-up in Poledno's zone, Mieszko Gejda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wincent Walczyk came out of the goal and Mieszko Gejda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 90th match minute, Poledno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Napoleon Wawak to maneuver through the defense. Edmund Maruda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 94 minutes of play, Poledno's Przemyslaw Skrzypek made it 1-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zbyszko Sochacki was left in no man's land by his defense there!
