But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karol Drab couldn't finish the play. After 20 minutes, Leonard Zima mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lewkowiec and the Gronden SA players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th minute, Leonard Zima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karol Drab sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Lewkowiec's Witalis Skrzypiec got a free kick in the 23rd minute. After 25 played minutes Lewkowiec got a freekick which was hit by Jurand Hryc. Gronden SA's Marek Rzeszutko couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 25th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Lewkowiec. 31 minutes into the match, Lewkowiec's goalkeeper Antoni Derlanga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karol Drab. Jurand Hryc's late challenge caught a Gronden SA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jurand Hryc helped the player get up and apologised. With a little luck, Lewkowiec's Antoni Derlanga got control of the ball when Karol Drab tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hugon Chodzinski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hugon Chodzinski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Pankracy Zawada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Zachariasz Witkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 41st minute of the match Borys Wolniewicz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pankracy Zawada skillfully saved the ball. If Witalis Mochadlo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Witalis Mochadlo made a kick off. After some careless play in the Gronden SA defense, Hugon Chodzinski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pankracy Zawada. The Gronden SA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pankracy Zawada should have stopped the shot. When Jedrzej Olejniczak came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Gronden SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jedrzej Olejniczak couldn't finish the play. In the 60th minute Karol Drab shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antoni Derlanga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antoni Derlanga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jedrzej Olejniczak, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Karol Drab sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute Jedrzej Olejniczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antoni Derlanga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute Witalis Mochadlo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Zawada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Witalis Mochadlo fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lewkowiec's protests and gave Witalis Mochadlo a yellow card for diving instead. 77 minutes into the game, Przemyslaw Majerowicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lewkowiec's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gronden SA the free kick. In the 78th minute, Karol Drab made a precise shot to the right of Antoni Derlanga. Lewkowiec's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. If Hugon Chodzinski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 93 minutes, Zenon Grajewski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gronden SA and the Lewkowiec players grew even worse after the yellow card. Witalis Mochadlo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Gronden SA fans cheered their team off the field, for while Lewkowiec had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
