The THE BEST fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucjan Poling should have stopped the shot. In the 44th minute, Boguslaw Makarewicz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lucjan Poling was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Lucjan Poling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boguslaw Makarewicz in the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marek Czysty couldn't finish the play. Gilbert Hendzel struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marek Czysty in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucjan Poling saved THE BEST from getting behind. When Gilbert Hendzel came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the THE BEST fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilbert Hendzel couldn't finish the play. If Boguslaw Makarewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Grzebowilk played a much better game than THE BEST and deserved their victory. The THE BEST players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
