FC Rozew's Mieszko Biskupiak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonard Dziedziak in the 12th minute of play. Mieszko Biskupiak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grzegorz Czeszyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Mieszko Biskupiak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grzegorz Czeszyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grzegorz Czeszyk in the 19th minute of play forced FC Rozew's goalkeeper Mieszko Biskupiak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wincent Barciniak was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 34 minutes into the match, FC Rozew's goal looked a bit too open when Waclaw Jestrimski came free, but Mieszko Biskupiak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zbyszko Trzemzalski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mieszko Biskupiak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Mieszko Biskupiak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Dziedziak in the 44th minute of play. Konstanty Olchowy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wincent Barciniak having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Waclaw Jestrimski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Mieszko Biskupiak made a huge save. The supporters of FC Rozew booed when Talau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zbyszko Trzemzalski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juliusz Zakrzewski was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 93 minutes into the match. The Talau players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented FC Rozew from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
