Gilbert Banaszak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zdzislaw Chuchro, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stasio Gonsiewski in the 21st minute of play forced Tymianek's goalkeeper Gilbert Banaszak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Stasio Gonsiewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ryszard Majkowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Zdzislaw Chuchro fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tymianek's goalkeeper Gilbert Banaszak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gilbert Banaszak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zdzislaw Chuchro in the 59th minute. After 61 minutes of play, Tymianek's Ryszard Majkowski made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Remigiusz Orling was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gilbert Banaszak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stasio Gonsiewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the match, Tymianek's goal looked a bit too open when Stasio Gonsiewski came free, but Gilbert Banaszak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 82 played minutes Stasio Gonsiewski rounded Tymianek's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. If Zula Pietrowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ryszard Majkowski kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match.
