Spectators: 7272 (Terracing: 5456, Seating: 1672, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tymoteusz Patora kicked off to start the match. In the 7th minute, Tymoteusz Patora reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Adam Dabrowski. The goal made the score 1-0. Aleksander Chlapowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pankracy Posadzki, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. With a little luck, ROW Rybnik's Adam Dabrowski got control of the ball when Wit Jarek tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tymoteusz Patora in the 17th minute of play forced ROW Rybnik's goalkeeper Adam Dabrowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 17 played minutes ROW Rybnik got a freekick which was hit by Michal Wejta. Adam Dabrowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tymoteusz Patora in the 20th minute of play. If Tymoteusz Patora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 27 minutes into the game, Wladyslaw Lichorobiec was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ROW Rybnik's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nowa the free kick. After a rather tough play, ROW Rybnik's Wladyslaw Lichorobiec got a free kick in the 27th minute. Dariusz Mazurkiewicz, 28 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The supporters of Nowa booed when ROW Rybnik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wladyslaw Lichorobiec didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute of the match Dariusz Mazurkiewicz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adam Dabrowski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 33 minutes, Wit Jarek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nowa and the ROW Rybnik players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Nowa's Wit Jarek got a free kick in the 33rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Nowa's zone, Pankracy Posadzki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aleksander Chlapowski came out of the goal and Pankracy Posadzki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, ROW Rybnik's Kajetan Burowski got a free kick in the 39th minute. Wit Jarek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to ROW Rybnik getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Michal Wejta hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Bartosz Moryl's late challenge caught a ROW Rybnik's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bartosz Moryl helped the player get up and apologised. Tymoteusz Patora fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Dabrowski having to interfere. Michal Wejta kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind ROW Rybnik's goalkeeper Adam Dabrowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dariusz Zatorski lost his temper 88 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 88 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for ROW Rybnik! 97 minutes into the match, Nowa's goalkeeper Aleksander Chlapowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pankracy Posadzki.
