The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Artur Faron during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 5th match minute, Kunowa SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artur Faron to maneuver through the defense. Wit Kojder could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Wlodzimierz Trynda made a huge save. Wit Kojder might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wlodzimierz Trynda. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wit Kojder ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 20th minute of the match Dominik Wojtkiewicz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wlodzimierz Trynda showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Kunowa SSA getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Ulryk Kossakowski hit a great ball. Miromir Munko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wlodzimierz Trynda having to interfere. Zgórze's Edward Czeszyk suffered a concussion in the 24th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. After 24 minutes, Zula Oleszak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kunowa SSA and the Zgórze players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 25th minute, Zula Oleszak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the match, Kunowa SSA's goalkeeper Wlodzimierz Trynda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wit Kojder. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zenon Szkarpiak during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Zenon Szkarpiak kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Aureliusz Arbaszewski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Grzegorz Hendzel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Wit Kojder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 42nd minute by Wit Kojder got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Kunowa SSA's Wlodzimierz Trynda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Kunowa SSA from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Zgórze's zone, Aureliusz Arbaszewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Grzegorz Hendzel came out of the goal and Aureliusz Arbaszewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Zgórze's Wit Kojder got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Zgórze's Cyryl Scigan got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 70th minute Wit Kojder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wlodzimierz Trynda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Kunowa SSA's Mariusz Dudkowski got a free kick in the 70th minute. Aureliusz Arbaszewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wit Kojder in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wlodzimierz Trynda saved Kunowa SSA from getting behind. Dawid Walczak, 83 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 87th minute, Wit Kojder ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wlodzimierz Trynda was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Zenon Szkarpiak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kunowa SSA's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
