The referee ignored GKS Tychy's protests and gave Marek Zecman a yellow card for diving instead. Borys Debowski charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Borys Debowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th match minute, GKS Tychy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Borys Debowski to maneuver through the defense. 14 minutes into the match, GKS Tychy's goal looked a bit too open when Konstanty Napierkowski came free, but Gustaw Gondek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustaw Gondek didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 16th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. After 19 played minutes Komainen SSA got a freekick which was hit by Konstanty Napierkowski. The wind increased when Borys Debowski made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Borys Debowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GKS Tychy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Borys Debowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in GKS Tychy's zone, Florian Lukasik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustaw Gondek came out of the goal and Florian Lukasik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Konstanty Napierkowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Patryk Polkoski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jerzy Bielatowicz got free with Jedrzej Gerlach in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Konstanty Napierkowski in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustaw Gondek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. During the 83rd minute of the match Marek Zecman completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Marek Zecman a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Florian Lukasik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustaw Gondek having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the GKS Tychy players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
