Spectators: 7230 (Terracing: 5526, Seating: 1694, VIP seats: 10) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Boleslaw Fikus got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Raków Częstochowa's zone, Boleslaw Fikus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilbert Skoroda came out of the goal and Boleslaw Fikus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gustaw Warka might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gilbert Skoroda. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gustaw Warka ran back to his position shaking his head. Boleslaw Fikus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gilbert Skoroda read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Raków Częstochowa's Igor Winograd sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Korneliusz Felenak narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 15th minute, Dawid Kalak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Jerzy Zecman from long distance, 16 minutes into the match, got Korneliusz Felenak's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Lech Klewinski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to WNC Squad getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Dawid Kalak hit a great ball. When Gustaw Warka came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the WNC Squad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustaw Warka couldn't finish the play. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Raków Częstochowa's goalkeeper Gilbert Skoroda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Igor Winograd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustaw Warka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lech Klewinski made a kick off. Jerzy Zecman was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 53rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When Gustaw Warka came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the WNC Squad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustaw Warka couldn't finish the play. After having played for 60 minutes, Igor Winograd managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Raków Częstochowa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Igor Winograd was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Lech Klewinski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. WNC Squad's Korneliusz Felenak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Winograd in the 64th minute of play. After 65 minutes, Edgar Drab mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the WNC Squad and the Raków Częstochowa players grew even worse after the yellow card. Edgar Drab hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Igor Winograd took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Korneliusz Felenak. Korneliusz Felenak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After having played for 95 minutes, Boleslaw Fikus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. WNC Squad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Boleslaw Fikus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pankracy Tworek during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pankracy Tworek hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Raków Częstochowa were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of WNC Squad for a fine match.
