The Blue1983 Siedlce players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gehsen were winning 0-6.

52 minutes into the game, Marek Tepper was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gehsen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Blue1983 Siedlce the free kick. After a rather tough play, Gehsen's Marek Tepper got a free kick in the 52nd minute. The audience was convinced that Florian Szarmach's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Remigiusz Beninda was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. The Gehsen fans' excitement grew in the 89th match minute when Gehsen's Arkadiusz Chlapowski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-8 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the match was over Gehsen could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Blue1983 Siedlce throughout the match.
