The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Damazy Warka came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Lokomotiv Warszawa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damazy Warka couldn't finish the play. Jaroslaw Chmelyk kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Witold Wachna made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Damazy Warka sent off a good shot on target. Roch Ledochowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Borys Iwanowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th match minute, Eskadra Murek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaroslaw Chmelyk to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tymoteusz Piechocki in the 18th minute of play forced Eskadra Murek's goalkeeper Witold Wachna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Tymoteusz Piechocki managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lokomotiv Warszawa's supporters rose to their feet, but Tymoteusz Piechocki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Witold Wachna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zbyszko Mierzwa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Borys Iwanowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Witold Wachna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tymoteusz Piechocki in the 30th minute of play. In the 34th minute Zbyszko Mierzwa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borys Iwanowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Lokomotiv Warszawa booed when Eskadra Murek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boruc Dziatkowicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Damazy Warka's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Witold Wachna was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Damazy Warka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Witold Wachna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tymoteusz Piechocki was the one to do the kick off. Borys Iwanowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damazy Parajewski in the 58th minute of the match. Borys Iwanowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbyszko Mierzwa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eskadra Murek's Roch Ledochowski got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Zbyszko Mierzwa fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eskadra Murek's protests and gave Zbyszko Mierzwa a yellow card for diving instead. After 63 played minutes Eskadra Murek got a freekick which was hit by Zbyszko Mierzwa. In the 66th minute, Dawid Gdowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Lokomotiv Warszawa's Marian Dombroski tried to score from far away in the 67th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Damazy Warka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eskadra Murek's Roch Ledochowski got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Damazy Warka struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Witold Wachna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lokomotiv Warszawa. After having played for 85 minutes, Dawid Gdowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eskadra Murek's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dawid Gdowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 93 played minutes Lokomotiv Warszawa got a freekick which was hit by Damazy Warka. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Lokomotiv Warszawa fans cheered their team off the field, for while Eskadra Murek had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
