After the first half Ocieszyn were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The tension between the Ocieszyn and the Furmany players grew even worse after the yellow card. Furmany's Zbyszek Gleba got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Furmany booed when Ocieszyn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcin Zbytniewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Fryderyk Mruk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ocieszyn's supporters rose to their feet, but Fryderyk Mruk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stanislaw Jaszynski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 95th minute of the match Wladyslaw Karwowski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Radomir Marchewka showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Fabian Fujara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stanislaw Jaszynski having to interfere. When the match was over Ocieszyn could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Furmany throughout the match.
