After a defensive mix-up in Górnik Zabrze TG's zone, Gustaw Literski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Konrad Jaktorowo came out of the goal and Gustaw Literski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Karol Maruda's late challenge caught a Stilon Koty's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Karol Maruda helped the player get up and apologised. After 21 played minutes Górnik Zabrze TG got a freekick which was hit by Karol Maruda. If Radowit Babicki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the match, Gustaw Literski notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Górnik Zabrze TG's Konrad Jaktorowo. Konrad Jaktorowo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 40 minutes, Artur Drapinski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Górnik Zabrze TG's supporters crossed their fingers, but Artur Drapinski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 42 minutes into the game, Górnik Zabrze TG's Radowit Babicki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stasio Ostrowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After having played for 46 minutes, Gustaw Literski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stilon Koty's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustaw Literski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dariusz Rakowicz got free with Konrad Jaktorowo in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Stilon Koty players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Górnik Zabrze TG were winning 1-2.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jedrzej Tipinski during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Górnik Zabrze TG's Jedrzej Tipinski got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustaw Literski in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Konrad Jaktorowo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 61st minute, Andrzej Czeszyk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stilon Koty fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. 69 minutes into the match, Górnik Zabrze TG's goal looked a bit too open when Andrzej Czeszyk came free, but Konrad Jaktorowo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Artur Drapinski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th minute, Artur Drapinski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Konrad Jaktorowo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaw Literski, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The Górnik Zabrze TG players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
