STAL MIELEC's Mariusz Redisz got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tytus Czeszejko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 13th minute, Marian Jarek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Marian Jarek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tytus Czeszejko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kajetan Kossakowski having to interfere. 33 minutes into the game, Marek Balkiewicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. STAL MIELEC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bielecha the free kick. After a rather tough play, STAL MIELEC's Marek Balkiewicz got a free kick in the 34th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Tytus Czeszejko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bielecha's supporters rose to their feet, but Tytus Czeszejko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kajetan Kossakowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Mariusz Redisz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jan Wozniak was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Tolek Burdzel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Jan Wozniak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jedrzej Harendarski took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kajetan Kossakowski. STAL MIELEC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

A collision led to STAL MIELEC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Wlodzimierz Rukszcz hit a great ball. If Tytus Czeszejko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kajetan Kossakowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marian Jarek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to STAL MIELEC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Marek Balkiewicz hit a great ball. In the 58th minute of the match Jedrzej Harendarski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kajetan Kossakowski skillfully saved the ball. In the 60th minute Marian Jarek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kajetan Kossakowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Marian Jarek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kajetan Kossakowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marian Jarek in the 65th minute of the match. Tytus Czeszejko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Kajetan Kossakowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th match minute, Bielecha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marian Jarek to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 76 minutes, Tolek Burdzel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. STAL MIELEC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tolek Burdzel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to STAL MIELEC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Zbigniew Domeracki hit a great ball. Marian Jarek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kajetan Kossakowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Tytus Czeszejko struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Kajetan Kossakowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bielecha. When Tolek Burdzel came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the STAL MIELEC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tolek Burdzel couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariusz Redisz in the 88th minute of play forced Bielecha's goalkeeper Jan Wozniak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bielecha's Jan Wozniak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariusz Redisz in the 95th minute of play. When the match was over Bielecha could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than STAL MIELEC throughout the match.
