WKS Łyna Rogóż's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tadeusz Mierzejewski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 10 minutes into the game, Edward Brzakala was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Reszel's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave WKS Łyna Rogóż the free kick. In the 10th minute, Edward Brzakala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ignacy Oryl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateusz Buczak in the 14th minute of the match. Mateusz Buczak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Ignacy Oryl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Reszel's goalkeeper Ignacy Oryl, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 25th minute, Leonard Antoszewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgar Kloczko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ksawery Pleban, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After 32 played minutes WKS Łyna Rogóż got a freekick which was hit by Damazy Kajdasz. After a defensive mix-up in WKS Łyna Rogóż's zone, Emil Pawelczyk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Kloczko came out of the goal and Emil Pawelczyk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 35th match minute, Reszel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ksawery Pleban to maneuver through the defense. Emil Pawelczyk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgar Kloczko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Emil Pawelczyk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgar Kloczko was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Bogdan Ciborek shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Tadeusz Mierzejewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignacy Oryl having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

If Ksawery Pleban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in WKS Łyna Rogóż's zone, Emil Pawelczyk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Kloczko came out of the goal and Emil Pawelczyk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. WKS Łyna Rogóż's Edgar Kloczko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Pawelczyk in the 62nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emil Pawelczyk in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgar Kloczko saved WKS Łyna Rogóż from getting behind. In the 65th minute, Ksawery Pleban ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgar Kloczko was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Edgar Kloczko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emil Pawelczyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the match, Reszel's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeusz Mierzejewski came free, but Ignacy Oryl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ksawery Pleban blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edgar Kloczko having to make a save. Gustaw Maciejewski charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gustaw Maciejewski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gustaw Maciejewski kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. After 83 minutes of play, Reszel's Emil Pawelczyk made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edgar Kloczko was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edgar Kloczko came out of the goal and Ksawery Pleban tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Reszel played a much better game than WKS Łyna Rogóż and deserved their victory. The WKS Łyna Rogóż players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
