Cichostów's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jakub Leper was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damazy Zgonina in the 12th minute of play forced Cichostów's goalkeeper Arkadiusz Pruss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Witold Rudy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jakub Leper in the 14th minute of the match. When Ignacy Ziomkowski fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Damazy Zgonina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arkadiusz Pruss showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wincenty Jarmulowicz in the 41st minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jakub Leper to strike the kick off in the second half. Cichostów's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Prositten the free kick. In the 88th match minute, Cichostów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Matela to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Gwidon Zima put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Arkadiusz Pruss. Arkadiusz Pruss made an important save on a dangerous shot by Damazy Zgonina in the 95th minute. The Prositten players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
