ZSRR's Piotr Barowicz was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 42nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, Wojciech Wielopolski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.

The wind increased when Piotr Barowicz made the kick off in the second half. When Piotr Barowicz came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the ZSRR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Piotr Barowicz couldn't finish the play. Wojciech Wielopolski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zbigniew Nakonieczny in the 81st minute of the match. Wojciech Wielopolski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piotr Barowicz in the 83rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, WitttO Utd's Tomasz Owsiak got a free kick in the 84th minute. Wojciech Wielopolski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zbigniew Nakonieczny, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 95th match minute, ZSRR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beniamin Perkowski to maneuver through the defense. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
