Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ryszard Gotfryd took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Zenon Czerniejewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tusiaki's supporters rose to their feet, but Zenon Czerniejewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bogdan Adamus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee ignored Baniocha's protests and gave Dobromir Rutecki a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Baniocha's Dobromir Rutecki got a free kick in the 6th minute. With a little luck, Baniocha's Bogdan Adamus got control of the ball when Stefan Grondzki tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ryszard Gotfryd's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teofil Cichowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Tusiaki's zone, Ryszard Gotfryd stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teofil Cichowski came out of the goal and Ryszard Gotfryd tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 19 minutes, Zenon Czerniejewski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tusiaki's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zenon Czerniejewski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kryspin Siwek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Teofil Cichowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Stefan Grondzki came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Tusiaki fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stefan Grondzki couldn't finish the play. After the first half Baniocha were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Teofil Cichowski made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Kryspin Siwek sent off a good shot on target. Lucjan Cwojdak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryszard Gotfryd in the 82nd minute of play forced Tusiaki's goalkeeper Teofil Cichowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tusiaki's goalkeeper Teofil Cichowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kryspin Siwek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
