Wladyslaw Kaczorowski kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Tymoteusz Juszkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roch Pinczewski having to interfere. Wladyslaw Kaczorowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. L E C H Poznań's Jakub Kopacz got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Roch Pinczewski made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Tymoteusz Juszkowski sent off a good shot on target. If Teofil Turok had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th match minute, Grubale SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariusz Jandryca to maneuver through the defense. Roch Pinczewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakub Kopacz, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Teofil Turok came free in the 38th minute and tried to tip the ball over Fabian Filanowski, but to the joy of L E C H Poznań's supporters the ball went over. Roch Pinczewski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tymoteusz Juszkowski in the 41st minute. Jakub Kopacz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roch Pinczewski having to interfere. After having played for 45 minutes, Mariusz Jandryca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grubale SA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mariusz Jandryca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teofil Turok stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Grubale SA's zone, Jakub Kopacz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roch Pinczewski came out of the goal and Jakub Kopacz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Feliks Budacz fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Grubale SA's protests and gave Feliks Budacz a yellow card for diving instead. 60 minutes into the game, one of Grubale SA:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 62nd minute there was a penalty for L E C H Poznań. Tadeusz Kapelski stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Roch Pinczewski. 1-0. An unexpected shot in the 66th minute by Wladyslaw Kaczorowski got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Teofil Turok had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Mariusz Jandryca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grubale SA's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariusz Jandryca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabian Filanowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Grubale SA's Roch Pinczewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jakub Kopacz in the 82nd minute of play. Mariusz Jandryca fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 84th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Teofil Turok might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabian Filanowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teofil Turok ran back to his position shaking his head. Jakub Kopacz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roch Pinczewski having to interfere.
