Jakub Burdalski's late challenge caught a L E C H Poznań's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 45th minute, Hugon Hajduk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Ryszard Fleischer was out of position in the 98 minute of play, and Jakub Kopacz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jakub Kopacz really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Wiking Górki lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
