Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edmund Petka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tolek Sawicki in the 5th minute of play. When Alfred Czermak fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GKS Chełmica's protests and gave Alfred Czermak a yellow card for diving instead. In the 13th minute, Alfred Czermak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benedykt Oryl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stefan Niemoj in the 19th minute. When Dawid Wojtyna came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the GKS Chełmica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dawid Wojtyna couldn't finish the play. Dawid Wojtyna's late challenge caught a PudzianBand's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dawid Wojtyna helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, GKS Chełmica's Marcin Pstrongowski got a free kick in the 24th minute. Stefan Niemoj fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedykt Oryl having to interfere. When Stefan Niemoj came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the PudzianBand fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stefan Niemoj couldn't finish the play. Benedykt Oryl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leszek Tokarczyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the match, GKS Chełmica's goalkeeper Benedykt Oryl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stefan Niemoj. Dawid Wojtyna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Edmund Petka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. PudzianBand's Leszek Tokarczyk got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 49th minute of the match Przemyslaw Kaczeniak sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benedykt Oryl skillfully saved the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tolek Sawicki made a kick off. Tolek Sawicki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmund Petka having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Tolek Sawicki fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Edmund Petka, passed just outside the right post. When Ziemowit Banaszak was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 59 minutes had been played. Edmund Petka acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 61st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Lukasz Zajonc. After 77 minutes, Stefan Niemoj made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. GKS Chełmica's Benedykt Oryl tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tymoteusz Tomporowski kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. PudzianBand's Edmund Petka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save PudzianBand from getting a goal against them. Marcin Pstrongowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edmund Petka having to make a save. If Tolek Sawicki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dawid Wojtyna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Edmund Petka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edmund Petka made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Dawid Wojtyna sent off a good shot on target. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind PudzianBand's goalkeeper Edmund Petka, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 97 minutes, Tolek Sawicki took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Edmund Petka to make any attempt to save it. PudzianBand succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though GKS Chełmica had controlled the match.
