Bógwidze SA's Jerzy Hodyl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliusz Skaradoski in the 34th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Mikolaj Latkiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute Florian Zacharzewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerzy Hodyl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fryderyk Cholewa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Hugon Seliga made a huge save. Fryderyk Cholewa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugon Seliga having to interfere.
