Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Miroslaw Rzegotka took the kick off in the first half of the match. Gwidon Kazimierz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aureliusz Gongola in the 4th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the match, Aureliusz Gongola notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Fabianki's Gwidon Kazimierz. Gwidon Kazimierz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Fabianki getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Konstanty Dresik hit a great ball. If Miroslaw Rzegotka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Miroslaw Rzegotka managed to get in a good position for a shot. AVIVA Łomża's supporters rose to their feet, but Miroslaw Rzegotka was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gwidon Kazimierz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 26 played minutes Fabianki got a freekick which was hit by Czeslaw Majczyk. 28 minutes into the match, Fabianki's goal looked a bit too open when Aureliusz Gongola came free, but Gwidon Kazimierz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in AVIVA Łomża's zone, Boruc Harendarski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olgierd Gonsiewski came out of the goal and Boruc Harendarski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wlodzimierz Penkalski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Olgierd Gonsiewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Fabianki players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. AVIVA Łomża were winning 0-1.
Olgierd Gonsiewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wlodzimierz Penkalski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wlodzimierz Penkalski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gwidon Kazimierz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miroslaw Rzegotka, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Gwidon Kazimierz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miroslaw Rzegotka in the 65th minute of play. If Wlodzimierz Penkalski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Antoni Pinczewski during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 80 played minutes AVIVA Łomża got a freekick which was hit by Antoni Pinczewski. In the 84th minute, Aureliusz Gongola left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AVIVA Łomża fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Aureliusz Gongola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Gwidon Kazimierz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aureliusz Gongola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Miroslaw Rzegotka came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the AVIVA Łomża fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miroslaw Rzegotka couldn't finish the play. The AVIVA Łomża players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
