Radomil Moryl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodrigo Balasi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Silver Phoenix blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leszek Zajac having to make a save. WIGRY SUWAŁKI KS's Rodrigo Balasi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Dziewedik in the 9th minute of play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florian Dziewedik couldn't finish the play. Gwidon Babicki took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leszek Zajac. Leszek Zajac dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 43rd minute Silver Phoenix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leszek Zajac saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 44 played minutes Zdezorganizowana 11-stka got a freekick which was hit by Norbert Sobczak. Leszek Zajac showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silver Phoenix, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

After a defensive mix-up in Zdezorganizowana 11-stka's zone, Emil Filanowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leszek Zajac came out of the goal and Emil Filanowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
