Olgierd Bryk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gwidon Jajesniak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Jarkowice SA booed when FC DONASBERG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Borkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Jarkowice SA's Ziemowit Gniech got a free kick in the 12th minute. Gwidon Jajesniak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olgierd Bryk having to interfere. Artur Zacharzewski's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Olgierd Bryk skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 37th minute, Artur Zacharzewski fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Artur Zacharzewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC DONASBERG's supporters rose to their feet, but Artur Zacharzewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olgierd Bryk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

With a little luck, FC DONASBERG's Lucjan Posadzki got control of the ball when Boruc Mondrowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Boruc Mondrowski got free with Lucjan Posadzki in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Roland Siedlecki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olgierd Bryk having to interfere.
