Przemyslaw Osowski made in the 11th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by MKS GÓRNIK LUBIN's Zbyszek Skarpiak. Jurand Rzegotka charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jurand Rzegotka the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 14 played minutes KP Górki got a freekick which was hit by Jurand Rzegotka. In the 20th minute Szymon Andrychowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaroslaw Charamut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of MKS GÓRNIK LUBIN booed when KP Górki was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benedykt Bronder didn't get a good kick on the ball. Waclaw Tarka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marian Walec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Michal Brudzisz in the 28th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by MKS GÓRNIK LUBIN's Zbyszek Skarpiak. Jaroslaw Charamut made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Boleslaw Dres sent off a good shot on target. After 40 played minutes MKS GÓRNIK LUBIN got a freekick which was hit by Zbyszek Skarpiak. Boleslaw Dres scored 1-0 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jaroslaw Charamut, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Konstanty Pankowski to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Boleslaw Dres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaroslaw Charamut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, KP Górki's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Budzynski came free, but Jaroslaw Charamut reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in KP Górki's zone, Boleslaw Dres stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jaroslaw Charamut came out of the goal and Boleslaw Dres tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zbyszek Skarpiak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaroslaw Charamut having to interfere. Boleslaw Dres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 70 minutes into the match, KP Górki's goal looked a bit too open when Szymon Andrychowski came free, but Jaroslaw Charamut reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute Zbyszek Gerlach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waclaw Tarka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of KP Górki booed when MKS GÓRNIK LUBIN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Budzynski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 86 minutes, Emil Budzynski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MKS GÓRNIK LUBIN and the KP Górki players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 86th minute, Emil Budzynski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jaroslaw Charamut didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emil Budzynski went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Jaroslaw Charamut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boleslaw Dres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Zbyszek Skarpiak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. MKS GÓRNIK LUBIN walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
